Need to return or exchange any item(s) from SooTangerine.com? No problem! Simply return the product within 15 days of arrival in it's original condition and packaging along with the Return Form enclosed with your shipment. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless product returned was a result of our error.

Please Note:

All returned item(s) are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your return item(s) appears to be worn and or damaged, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your cost for shipping. Return item(s) without Return Form, will not be accepted. Item(s) purchased as part of a multi-item or set, may NOT be return individually.

If there is an exchange, please note on the Return Form what you would like to exchange and we will promptly deliver the new item(s) if available. The difference in pricing will be debited or credited to your original form of payment within 4 weeks of return approval.
